Book a free workshop

Create the seed of your next work.

This free 60-minute session introduces Studio Reservoir’s unique mentorship process — blending creativity, structure, and personal expression.

You’ll explore how to transform your raw ideas into a clear creative concept, whether you’re writing a short story or screenplay, composing music, or planning a short film.

We will:

  • 0–15 min: Find your pulse. Talk about what moves you and what you want to make.

  • 15–30 min: Unlock the spark. Follow the image, lyric, or idea that feels alive.

  • 30–45 min: Shape it. Build a rough structure.

  • 45–60 min: Plan your next step and leave with clarity and momentum.

Each participant leaves with:

  • A guided concept sketch for a project they could develop into a finished portfolio piece.

  • Personalised creative feedback.

  • A taste of the collaborative and reflective process used in our full mentorship programs.

Led by Alvin Chung, award-winning filmmaker, musician, and writer (Henry Lawson Prize for Prose, USU Creative Awards & North Bellarine Film Festivals), the session is a practical creative reset to help you start making again.

Open to ages 16 and above.

Limited spots available each week.
